Returns
We currently do not accept returns unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for replacement or return.

Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected]. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued through your original payment method (cash on delivery orders will be refunded through an agreed method such as bank transfer or store credit).

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items without original packaging or accessories

  • Personalized or special-order products

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
